Stock Availability:
In the rare event of a stock item becoming unavailable after you’ve placed your order but before you’ve received it, our team will promptly contact you via phone (preferred) or email. We’ll discuss the situation and explore suitable alternatives, if necessary.

Returns and Refunds:
If the goods you receive are damaged or missing, we kindly ask you to notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please reach out to us via our contact page to register your complaint.
Products may be eligible for a credit, replacement, or refund only if authorized by Express Mart.
We reserve the right to either resend the same products or issue a credit for approved refunds.
